Fastachi
What began as a small Boston neighborhood shop has become one of the country’s top purveyors of artisanal roasted nuts. Souren and Susan Etyemezian have perfected the craft of roasting the freshest nuts the old fashioned way — by hand, in small batches, in steel drums to bring nuts to their flavor peak. Fastachi opened its doors in 1990, to offer the world their goods. Eager Bostonians were seduced by the freshly roasted aroma of these wholesome, hand-crafted delights.

Henry’s House of Coffee
Meet the Kalebjians, three generations of coffee roasters. For over 30 years, master roaster Henry dedicated himself to roasting coffee in San Francisco six days a week. But coffee was more than just his profession — it was his passion. "Coffee is not just a business, it's also part of our lineage," he often said. Just as his father once passed the coffee-roasting torch to him, Henry shared that same devotion with his son, Hrag, one coffee bean at a time. With each sip of Henry’s House of Coffee, you’re doing more than satisfying a caffeine craving — you’re becoming part of a family tradition.

Boyajian Inc.
John Boyajian began selling a line of specialty foods to the hotels and restaurants of Greater Boston, as a way to pay for graduate school. In 1987, drawing upon his Armenian heritage and family tradition, John made his first bottles of garlic- infused olive oil for the customers of his new retail operation in Cambridge, MA. Not realizing the public had never before seen herb infused olive oils, the surprising response to Boyajian’s garlic infused olive oil was overwhelming. Today, Boyajian boasts a line of fine infused oils, bread dipping oils, vinegars, pure citrus oils, & natural flavorings and extracts, and resides in a 30,000 square foot state-of-the art production facility and corporate headquarters in Canton, Massachusetts.

Za Za Pita Chips
ZaZa Pita Chips originates from a traditional family recipe that has spiced up school lunches, family meals, meetings, and events for decades. Like every treasured recipe, it has become embedded in memories, traditions and stories. All the credit goes to founding member, mother and grandmother, Victoria, who over 40 years ago, started splitting pitas, basting them with a unique blend of the finest za’atar and olive oil, and baking them into chips. We call our original recipe "The Mother Chip".
In a desire to bring The Mother Chip to the masses, Victoria’s son-in-law enlisted friends and a small company was created. Today we say our chip was born in Brooklyn, but its roots run deeper and, thanks to Victoria, reach us by way of Armenia and Lebanon. It’s an inspiring immigrant success story. And now through ZaZa, the story lives on.

Chili Chews
Shant Reganyan and Vicken Kejejian have been friends since their school days at Holy Martyrs Ferrahian School, where they quickly bonded over a shared love of creativity, community, and a good challenge. Growing up in the close-knit Armenian community of Los Angeles, they learned the value of hard work, friendship, and staying true to their roots.
In 2020, they channeled that spirit into launching Chili Chews, a bold and unique candy brand that blends sweet, sour, and spicy flavors into one unforgettable experience. What started as an idea between two lifelong friends quickly grew into a national brand, now found in major retailers and beloved by customers across the country.

Dardiman's California Crisps
California Crisps began in a home kitchen, where founder Ani Babayan and her family turned a weekend experiment into something extraordinary. What started as a simple trial became small-batch creations for farmers’ markets and community events — and quickly grew into a premium snack brand loved for its beauty, clean ingredients, bold flavors, and unmistakable crunchy slices.
Today, they’re reimagining what a chip can be. Made entirely from real California fruit, their crisps deliver the freshness of produce with the satisfying texture of a chip — without added sugars, frying, or baking.
Dardiman’s mission remains: to make fruit as much of a choice as chips are — creating snacks where compromise isn’t an option and “better for you” is always the choice.
